About the Role:

As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of the KS1 students. This will involve:

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood.
  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
  • Implementing creative and therapeutic approaches to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development.

About You:

  • You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent.
  • You have experience working with KS1 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and a deep understanding of their unique challenges.
  • You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
  • You are available to start this rewarding role immediately.
