I am recruiting on behalf of an established and profitable food processor in Norfolk looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mid-sized, family-feel site during a period of investment into new machinery and process areas.
The Role
As part of an experienced engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Reactive maintenance - responding to plant breakdowns to keep production running
Planned maintenance (PMs) - ensuring reliability and reducing downtime
Continuous improvement - helping to drive efficiencies across the site
Project work - assisting with installations and upgrades as the business invests in new equipment and processes
