- Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel components to a high standard.
- Work on bespoke and standard fabrications, ensuring precision and quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce accurate work.
- Inspect and test welds to meet industry and customer standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
- Must be a coded TIG welder with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience working with stainless steel welding and fabrication.
- Ability to work from detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with other welding techniques (e.g., MIG) is advantageous but not essential.
