Production Operative - 3 Month Contract - £11:60ph - Monday to Thursday - 6am-4pm We are looking for Production Operators to join our team. In this role, you will safely operate machinery, handle raw materials, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process. Key tasks include setting up production lines, loading materials into mixers, and ensuring regular housekeeping.While factory experience is a plus, it’s not required—training will be provided. You’ll need to be physically fit, as some manual handling (up to 25kg) is involved. We’re seeking reliable, safety-conscious candidates with good communication skills and a basic mechanical aptitude.Responsibilities:

Learning our Essentials on Safety
Feed raw materials into production machinery
Fill various containers on production lines
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials correctly in our warehouse
Use lifting equipment (where applicable)
