My client is seeking a Finance Manager or Head of Finance for their busy company located in the countryside with beautiful offices.
The role involves providing accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, overseeing accounts payable, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have equivalent experience, along with previous experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role.
The position offers a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per year, and requires prior people management experience.
Additional benefits include free parking, a company pension, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

My client is looking for a Finance Manager/Head of Finance to join their busy company. This company is situated in the countryside with beautiful offices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide accurate and timely financial information and reporting for the businesses, including budgets, forecasts and KPI’s.
Preparing relevant statutory compliance documentation and submissions
Day to day management of the finance systems and associated processes
Managing the cash - cash flow analysis, invoice financing reconciliations, focus on working capital
VAT Returns, Pensions, NI /PAYE
Overseeing the accounts payable function, treasury management and payroll functions
Planning, preparation, and management of the annual audit
Leading on procurement advice and systems for the organisation
Complete monthly ledger reconciliations
Continuous development of financial systems, financial reporting, controls and procedures
General bookkeeping duties

Desirable qualities:

Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or with equivalent experience
Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Controller position
Have previous people management experience/knowledge
Experience using Xero accounting software
