They offer a range of products, which are supplied across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Goods in Operator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of Speciality Powder Mixing, working with the best ingredients on the planet making over 900 flavours. This challenging and rewarding job requires strong problem solving capabilities across a range of production processes.

Starting salary: 29,640

Salary upon successful completion of probationary training 31,240

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on SAP System
  • Manual handling, heavy lifting
  • Using FLT on daily basics
  • Achieve KPIs and personal competencies;
  • Updating and maintaining documentation and records;
  • Work as a team to produce and execute the weekly production plan.

You bring:

  • Practical problem-solving skills;
  • Good attention to details
  • HACCP/good hygiene and housekeeping;
  • Team working and collaboration skills;
  • Credited FLT Counterbalance/Reach licence
  • Previous production experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • A results-focused mentality.

Shift Pattern:

You will be required to work the shift pattern. Each shift will be for 8 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break. The details of the shift pattern is as given below:

  • Week 1 - 06.00 to 14.00 (Morning shift)
  • Week 2 - 14.00 to 22:00(Afternoon shift)
