Junior Sales Coordinator

Are you Junior or Trainee level candidate looking to get into an Operations / Sales Co-Ordination position with an international packaging company who operate across the world and offer training from the ground up, and routes to progress into senior positions in the future?

Your role will involve handling calls, emails, and sales orders, coordinating UK and international shipments, and managing order schedules. You'll assist with supplier schedules, maintain logistics spreadsheets, raise production orders, and generate labels. Collaboration with the team and supporting customer service and account managers will also be key parts of your role.

The Role:

Handle calls, emails, and process sales orders, ensuring smooth communication with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate UK and international shipments, manage order schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
Assist with supplier 'Container Schedules', track shipping confirmations, and maintain logistics spreadsheets.
Raise internal production orders, receipt incoming stock, and generate labels for warehouse operatives.
Support team collaboration, share knowledge, and assist customer service and account managers as needed.

Exceptional Organisational & Communication Skills
Full UK Driving License
Commutable to Thirsk
