They offer a range of products, which are supplied across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operations of Speciality Powder Mixing, working with the best ingredients on the planet making over 900 flavours. This challenging and rewarding job requires strong problem solving capabilities across a range of production processes.

Starting salary: 15.97

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Weighing, mixing and packing of ingredients branches.
  • Powder and Oil blending using semi-automated/automated mixing equipment;
  • Packing of pre-blended powders into bags/boxes/sacks (up to 25kg) as required.
  • Achieve KPIs and personal competencies;
  • Updating and maintaining documentation and records;
  • Work as a team to produce and execute the weekly production plan.

You bring:

  • Practical problem-solving skills;
  • HACCP/good hygiene and housekeeping;

  • Previous production experience in a food manufacturing environment;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • A results-focused mentality.

Shift Pattern:

You will be required to work the shift pattern. Each shift will be for 8 hours and 15 minutes, including a 30-minute unpaid break. The details of the shift pattern is as given below:

  • Week 1 - 06.00 to 14.15 (Morning shift)
  • Week 2 - 14.00 to 22:15 (Afternoon shift)
  • Week 3 - 22.00 to 06.15 (Night shift)
