  • Lead the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distribution, to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Proactively address parts availability, resolving shortages or excesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms when needed.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions for customer and internal part inquiries.
  • Oversee accurate billing and system entries for all parts transactions.
  • Mentor and train team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the department.
 Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in a parts department, ideally at either a senior coordination or supervisory level.
  • Experience of working in the automotive, construction or general industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating and supporting a team.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic IT skills.
