My client based in Thirsk is looking for a Sales Admin to join their team on a permanent basis

We are in a very fortunate position to be able to offer this role out to someone who is a graduate, or at entry level status, as extensive training and development will be provided on site.

In return, we are looking for someone who is committed to learning, has an enthusiastic approach to work and a great communicator as career progression is guaranteed for the right candidate!

Due to the location of the site, the role would only be suitable for someone who drives with their own transport.

Duties of the role include:

  • Being the immediate point of contact for all incoming calls to the business, offering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
  • Responding to calls/emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing sales orders
  • Coordinate UK and international shipments, liaising with customers and couriers on expected delivery dates
  • Maintain logistics spreadsheets
  • Data entry to generate shipping labels
  • Support team collaboration between the customer service and account managers
  • Supporting in all other admin/logistics based duties as and when required

Salary: £18.5k - £22.5k

Hours: 37.5hrs pw / Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Fri 8:30am-2:30pm

Role: Start date to begin in January, though we can interview ASAP
