I am assisting a Thirsk based client as they are recruiting for an Administrator to assist within their HR function on a 3-month contract. You’ll provide support with HR policies and processes, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant for our People Teams, managers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue HR documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and on time.
  • Administer HR systems and keep information up to date.
  • Manage new starters, changes, leavers, and absence management, including letters and system updates.
  • Provide managers with relevant data to help monitor trends.
  • Offer basic employee relations advice on grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A-levels or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems.
