Are you a Farm Manager or similar, with experience managing livestock, bio security and bird welfare, looking to join on of the UK's largest food business where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the companies supply chain, stretching from farms to factory and all the way to customers?

As a Farm Manager, you will oversee daily farm operations, focusing on the health and welfare of the flock while maintaining the site's overall appearance and functionality. Key responsibilities include monitoring bird health, managing farm maintenance, ensuring audit-ready paperwork, and leading and developing farm personnel.

This role would suit a Farm Manager, experienced in working with livestock, bio security and bird welfare, looking for an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading food business, with over 350 farms where you will be given full responsibility to manage the site.

The Role:

  • Oversee bird health, welfare, and weekly stock checks.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and audit-ready.
  • Monitor and maintain site conditions, including temperatures, feed, bedding, fuel, and water.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop farm personnel.
  • Re-location package
