Salary: £50,000 + Bonus and Overtime at 1.5x
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (See shift patterns below)

You'll be hands-on with everything from proactive maintenance to troubleshooting, working closely with the production team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Do: Maintenance Engineer

Keep the Plant Running: Tackle a range of maintenance tasks-proactive, predictive, and reactive-to keep our operations smooth and efficient.
Use Cutting-Edge Techniques: Implement predictive maintenance methods like thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis to prevent issues before they arise.
Drive Improvements: Play a key role in enhancing equipment reliability and refining maintenance work flows.
Optimise Processes: Work with the production team to fine-tune processes and maximise efficiency.
Manage Resources: Ensure critical spares are always on hand, and keep the maintenance budget in check.

Who You Are: Maintenance Engineer

Experienced & Skilled: You've got a solid background in electro-mechanical fault finding and repairs, with expertise in PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Proactive Problem-Solver: You're great at spotting issues before they become problems, using preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to keep things running smoothly.
Safety-Focused: You know your way around safe work systems and are committed to following PPE permits and risk assessments.
Adaptable & Independent: You're self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and willing to step in to cover shifts when needed.
