We're searching for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team and keep our state-of-the-art plant running at peak performance.

You'll be hands-on with everything from proactive maintenance to troubleshooting, working closely with the production team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep the Plant Running: Tackle a range of maintenance tasks-proactive, predictive, and reactive-to keep our operations smooth and efficient.
  • Use Cutting-Edge Techniques: Implement predictive maintenance methods
  • Drive Improvements: Play a key role in enhancing equipment reliability and refining maintenance work flows.
  • Optimise Processes: Work with the production team to fine-tune processes and maximise efficiency.
  • Manage Resources: Ensure critical spares are always on hand, and keep the maintenance budget in check.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced & Skilled: You've got a solid background in electrical - mechanical fault finding and repairs, with knowledge in pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You're great at spotting issues before they become problems, using preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to keep things running smoothly.
  • Safety-Focused: You know your way around safe work systems and are committed to following PPE permits and risk assessments.
  • Adaptable & Independent: You're self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and willing to step in to cover shifts when needed.
