A Thirsk-based client is seeking a full-time, permanent Marketing & Customer Care Assistant to support both marketing and customer service functions. In this role, you’ll manage sales enquiries, client accounts, and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and business growth. You’ll assist with content creation, research, and ensure excellent customer service standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new sales enquiries and update the CRM system
- Manage the sales process and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
- Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and research
- Assist with market analysis, competitor reports, and event coordination
- Help update website content, newsletters, and email marketing
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Proven administrative and account management experience
- Highly organised with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); marketing tool experience is a plus
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
