Are you a creative, hands-on with expertise in composites and moulding? Cure Talent are thrilled to be partnering with a company who specializes in developing and manufacturing high-quality medical simulation equipment.


We are currently searching for a Product Development Manager to drive innovation in medical simulation products. This role combines hands-on work with strategic leadership, making it ideal for someone with a passion for materials and a knack for guiding a team to success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of talented professionals, many of whom bring backgrounds in fine arts, prosthetics, and make-up, with a focus on nurturing their skills in fibreglass and composite material processes.
  • Act as project lead for new simulation product development, overseeing prototyping, moulding, sculpting, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage tooling, prototyping, and manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency across all projects.
  • Oversee product and process documentation, including testing and approval of process changes, while addressing customer complaints and repairs.


Key Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience of working with composites or fibreglass and mould-making.
  • Proven experience in either design or development within an engineering environment.
