Our Business development executive is responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.

You will be responsible communicating with mainly existing and some potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each exsisitng client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
  • Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
  • Prioritise which appointments take priority over others to maximise revenue
  • Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments
  • Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job
  • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
  • Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
  • Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
  • Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Skills

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week
  • A positive attitude
  • A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
  • Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
  • Excellent organisation skills
