Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours- predominately Monday- Friday

As the Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
• Ensure high standards of care delivery, with a focus on residents with complex needs.
• Maintain the highest levels of governance and compliance, conforming to all current guidelines.
• Lead on audits and ensure continuous improvement across all practices and procedures.

Experience working as a Deputy Manager in a care home is essential
