Head of Legal Recruitment

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Legal Recruitment to lead our recruitment team in our Glasgow office. This role offers the potential of hybrid working with flexible arrangements depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in legal recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of the legal industry and market trends
• Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyse and improve recruitment strategies and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

• Lead and manage the legal recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional development
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Provide strategic market insights and advice to clients and the recruitment team
• Drive business development efforts to expand the client base and service offerings
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a high standard of candidate experience
• Analyse recruitment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the recruitment process
