Job Summary:
We are an independent garage and CLASS 4 +7 MOT station seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced busy garage to ensure the flow of our workshop is maintained and jobs are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs, servicing & maintenance of cars and light vans (Master, Boxer, Ford Transit etc)
Use of handheld diagnostic & testing equipment
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and timely
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
Adhere to health and safety regulations in workshop
Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Good time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
