My International Manufacturing client, a well-respected company based in Fleetwood, is looking for a diligent Process Operator to assist their busy team.The purpose will be to operate manufacturing processes to the required standards to deliver production plans.Principal Accountabilities include:* Operates the manufacturing process to the required quality and safety standards and relevant operating procedures.* Undertakes appropriate plant maintenance to ensure efficient and effective operation of plant* Maintains required standards of plant housekeeping to ensure safe and efficient working practices.* Identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the scope of the role and supports wider continuous improvement activities. Role Profile:* Experience working in a manufacturing/hazardous environment where safety is a key priority* Experience of working in a busy team, delivering to plan and adhering to strict processes and procedures desirable.* Able to problem solve and troubleshoot within remit of own role.* Due to the physical nature of the role, role holder must be capable of carrying out physical work often strenuous, lifting, stairs and working in confined spacesHours: Day and night shifts on 24 hour site This is a temporary position with permanent prospects for the right candidate
