An engineering specialist are currently seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead a team on a 4on 4 off continental shift pattern with an 18-day break after every 7 cycles.

They can offer full industry development, genuine progression opportunities, and further training across electrical & mechanical engineering.

An ideal applicant will have a strong engineering background, leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership role. Any industry experience can be considered.

The company themselves are an engineering specialist going through a significant growth period, with various on-site investments and plans to recruit 70 additional staff in 2024 alone. Due to this growth & expansion, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.

In this role you will coach, mentor, and develop a team of multiskilled engineers as well as act as a technical lead on both proactive & reactive maintenance activities. The company can offer full industry training and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

Person:

*Strong maintenance engineering background
*Team leadership experience or desire to step into a leadership role
*Mechanical or electrical bias ok
*Any industry background considered (Manufacturing, Armed Forces, Heavy Engineering etc.)
