This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate and the possibility of extension or further opportunities within the company.Key Responsibilities:Manage front-of-house duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.Take initial calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.Handle travel arrangements and work wear distribution.Issue and manage vehicle passes and other necessary passes.Organise and coordinate events.Maintain the reception in box and handle incoming and outgoing post.Provide administrative support as needed.Requirements:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £13 - £15, based on experience.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.Potential for career development and further opportunities within the company.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
