CNC Turner

Permanent,full time

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner for our client, a well-established company looking to expand their talented team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours available to suit your lifestyle.

CNC Turner Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC turning machines with Fanuc control competently.
  • Program CNC machines accurately to meet production requirements.
  • Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency
  • Create programmes and production methods for new parts using Fusion 360 or preferred system.
  • Carry out inspection, including first-off inspection using gauges and measuring instruments.
  • Self-check and inspect your own work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Effectively manage your time to meet customer deadlines and production schedules.

CNC Turner Skills

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with a solid understanding of CNC machining processes.
  • Fully skilled in programming and operating CNC turning machines.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings with imperial and metric dimensions A good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a small, friendly team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
