What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and guide a team, including Supervisors, Planners, Administrators, and Operatives, to deliver outstanding service.

  • Oversee the scheduling of complex, multi-trade repairs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Enforce compliance with key policies on attendance, driving, mobile device use, and workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve invoicing issues and optimize contract performance.
  • Champion Health and Safety compliance across all operations, adhering to the contractor’s framework and standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector.
  • A strong history of managing large-scale maintenance contracts and diverse teams.
  • Expertise in Health and Safety protocols and compliance.
  • A commercial mindset with a proven ability to enhance contract profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A full UK driving licence.
