Early Years Lead Children’s Occupational Therapist

Based in Croydon

Available for an immediate start

Full-time (part-time also considered)

We are seeking a Children’s Occupational Therapist to specialise in early years. This Band 7 role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children ages 0-5 by providing advanced assessments, interventions, and support in diverse health, educational, and community settings.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of young children with developmental and physical disabilities
  • Deliver expert assessments and customised intervention plans
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff members
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across various services
