About the Role

We are seeking a Band 7 MSK Specialist to join the team. This role focuses on assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, specifically targeting areas such as lumps and bumps, groin, abdominal walls, hernias, hands, feet, hips, knees, skull, shoulders, axilla, wrists, Achilles, elbows, spine, and thorax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with MSK conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and support for patients with a range of musculoskeletal issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Skills and Experience
  • Essential Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal assessments and interventions, including but not limited to the following areas:
    • Lumps and bumps
    • Groin and abdominal walls
    • Hernia management
    • Conditions affecting hands, feet, hips, knees, skull, shoulders, axilla, wrists, Achilles, elbows, spine, and thorax.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree and registration with HCPC
