We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Primary School Teacher for a full-time position starting in January at a welcoming primary school in Thornton Heath. This long-term role has the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum for Year 2.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages all students to thrive.
Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each pupil.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessments.
Ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
Commitment to working long-term with the potential for a permanent role.
