We are looking for a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the Tier 3 Weight Management Service at Croydon Healthcare Services.
The role involves providing specialist psychological support to individuals with obesity and complex medical comorbidities.
Key responsibilities include conducting psychological interventions, delivering CBT and motivational interviewing, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
This is a part-time position for 3 months, requiring 2 days of work per week, including Fridays, with an immediate start date.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and the salary for this role is competitive based on experience.

We are seeking a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the Tier 3 Weight Management Service at Croydon Healthcare Services. This role focuses on providing specialist psychological support for individuals with obesity and complex medical comorbidities, helping them make sustainable lifestyle changes.

?? Key Responsibilities:? Conduct one-to-one and group psychological interventions for individuals in the Tier 3 obesity programme.? Deliver CBT, motivational interviewing, and behaviour change interventions for weight management.? Assess and support patients in face-to-face and remote therapy sessions.? Collaborate with dietitians, medical professionals, and other healthcare staff in multidisciplinary meetings.? Support policy development and clinical pathway improvements for weight management services.
