The HR Advisor / ER Specialist is responsible for the management of Employee Relations Cases supporting Managers and individuals in the policy and processto deliver a professional and legally safe HR service.The HR Advisor will be responsible for:ï‚· Ensuring that standards and objectives for the Employee Relations service are met and are consistent with policy, best practice and employment law.ï€ ï‚· Being part of the upskilling of line managers by creating and delivering briefing sessions forline managers on HR policies and processes.ï€ ï‚· Work with staff side colleagues to ensure that there is a shared understanding of policies and procedures working and review across the organisation.ï‚· Be a working member of the job evaluation process and panels as required.ï€ ï‚· Supporting all staff and managers with dignity regardless of the case supporting individuals from the point of raising a concern and opening a formal case right up to exits (including dismissals and retirements)ï€ What you'll need to succeedCIPD Level 5Strong ER case management experienceIdeally NHS or public sector experienceWhat you'll get in returnFlexible workingBeing a valued member
