We are seeking a Principal Adult Speech and Language Therapist (Band 7/8a) to provide specialist assessment and therapy for adults with complex communication and swallowing difficulties across Croydon Healthcare Services. This role includes working with patients with dysfluency and progressive conditions in both outpatient and community settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments, leading interventions such as videofluoroscopy clinics, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans. You will provide clinical leadership by supporting junior therapists and leading service improvement initiatives.
