Salary: 17 - 18 per hour (via umbrella)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking two Scheme Managers to join our clients team on a temporary basis. As a Scheme Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the wellbeing and independence of residents within a retirement housing scheme, as well as customers in the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily morning calls to residents within the retirement housing scheme, ensuring their wellbeing and offering any needed assistance.
- Make afternoon calls to customers in the community, providing support and maintaining regular contact.
- As a Scheme Manager, you'll be responsible for recording details of each contact, updating our systems accurately, and escalating any concerns, repair needs, or other issues.
- This is primarily an office-based role, with one Scheme Manager position located in Southport and the other in Crosby. However, as part of your role as Scheme Manager, you'll occasionally be required to visit customers in their homes, so a valid driving license is essential.
Requirements:
- Driving License: Essential for community visits.
