Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Kenect Recruitment, G74 5PR
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Permanent- Full-time

Role Overview:

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent across various channels.
  • Candidate Communication: Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Verify candidates' ID and ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations and other relevant legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, particularly in compliance and document checking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR would be an advantage, but not essential.
