We are currently collaborating with a healthcare specialist that operates as a principle contractor and subcontractor.

As a main contractor they undertake complex fit out schemes in healthcare facilities as well as modular spaces.

As a CAD Technician you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans to support construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and modify construction designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. This position requires for the candidate to have REVIT and AutoCAD experience.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings, models, and plans based on architectural and engineering specifications
  • Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and construction modifications
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure drawings align with project goals and compliance standards
  • Prepare site layouts, floor plans, and other detailed construction documents
  • Assist in preparing visual presentations and renderings for client and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and organize design documents throughout the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot design issues and resolve technical problems related to drawings
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide feedback on potential improvements
