Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line
- Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines
- Adhere to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence
- Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Manual handling
- Lifting and slinging
- Cranes
- Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
- Proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
- Experience with manual handling and teamwork
- Ability to use lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided)
- Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 points
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of cranes and lifting techniques
