Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance 

Location: Worksop

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the maintenance operations at this flagship hub in Worksop, ensuring that all maintenance support commitments are met with excellence. This role is crucial in enhancing the Health & Safety culture and driving continuous improvement within the site team.

Skills required for Engineering Manager:

• Degree, HND, HNC, or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Automation, and Control Systems.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with CMMS systems.
