Bookkeeper - Receptionist

Salary: £16 per hour
Hours: 32 hours across 4 days per week

Our client is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Bookkeeper/Receptionist to manage financial records and front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities for Bookkeeper Receptionist:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers, assisting them with inquiries and bookings.
- Answer and direct calls efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage customer appointments and process service requests.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using Sage 50.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Generate invoices and customer statements.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and welcoming reception area.
Skills & Experience Required for the Bookkeeper Receptionist:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in Sage 50.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology is a plus but not essential.
