The Successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a collaborative team and take on a diverse workload across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services to clients.
  • Lead on both pre- and post-contract tasks, including defect analysis, design, and contract administration.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering both professional services and project management.
  • Experience within residential property surveying (advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and client-focused.
