The Successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a collaborative team and take on a diverse workload across residential and commercial properties.
This role includes providing expert advice and delivering both professional services and project management tasks, with a focus on major insurance claims and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services to clients.
- Lead on both pre- and post-contract tasks, including defect analysis, design, and contract administration.
- Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster team success and professional growth.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering both professional services and project management.
- Experience within residential property surveying (advantageous).
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and client-focused.
