Cold Store Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruitingCold Store Pickersto join our clientsteam in Reading. This is an ongoing role with a permanent contract available for the right candidate.

Shifts:

Tuesday - Saturday

Times:

Pay Rates:

11.90- (14.32 after 12 weeks)

Your responsibilities on a typical day will include:

• Supporting the picking of orders using the 'pick by voice' equipment
• Safely handling manual equipment
• Operating in a cold store warehouse with temperatures of -21 degrees, equipment will be provided
• Adhering to health and safety practices in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

• Essential previous warehouse experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in your approach, especially during peak seasons!
• Alcohol and Drug Test will be conducted prior to starting
