The Role:
As the Senior Operational Excellence Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency across the business. You will lead operational excellence initiatives, monitor key metrics, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Operational Manager include:
- Overseeing operational metrics to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are achieved
- Identifying areas for improvement and leading multiple continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Strategizing and implementing Lean manufacturing processes and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Leading and mentoring teams to create a high-performing culture focused on operational efficiency

About You:
You’re a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. You have extensive experience leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives and a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma. You’re not only a strategic thinker but also hands-on, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals.

Key requirements for the Senior Operational Excellence Manager:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally as a Senior Production Manager, Senior Manufacturing Manager, or Value Stream Manager
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
