Job Title: Site Manager - Decent Homes

Role:
Site Manager required by leading main contractor to run a decent homes project in Reading. The framework has 9 years left to run and will deliver new Kitchens to 800 properties over the next 2 years. The successful individual will workalongside 1 other Site Manager and reportto a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all site activities for a planned refurbishment project focused on affordable housing.
- Oversee the execution of works in occupied residences, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Report directly to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain high safety standards on site.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the refurbishment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a site manager in residential refurbishment projects, particularly in occupied homes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
