Skills & Experience required for the Lead Software Engineer:

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience of working with Host Software development: Kernel and Userspace driver architecture, design and implementation.
  • Defining and building Custom Linux distributions with OpenEmbedded and Yocto.
  • Knowledge of Baseboard management Controller systems such as OpenBMC.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols.
  • Exposure to high-speed signalling technologies such as PCIe and CXL.

The Role and Responsibilities: The successful Lead Software Engineer will take responsibility for the development of Host support software for the company’s silicon projects; building Custom Linux distributions as well as ensuring code quality via implementation and running of software test suites.
