Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with regulations.
  • Update financial systems managing substantial revenue and capital budgets.
  • Handle routine administrative functions, including invoice preparation and query resolution.
  • Analyse and reconcile financial data to ensure effective fund stewardship.
  • Support audits by investigating financial processes and data.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance across the organisation.


Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • AAT Level 2 qualification (or willingness to achieve).
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Minimum of five GCSEs, including maths, or equivalent qualifications.
