We are seeking an experienced Challenger CL 601/604 Licensed Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Challenger 601 and 604 aircraft. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Challenger CL 601/604 aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness and compliance.
Complete detailed maintenance records and documentation as required by aviation regulations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality standards.
Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, flight crews, and operations staff to ensure efficient aircraft operations.
Assist in aircraft inspections, including A-checks, B-checks, and major overhauls.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and manufacturer service bulletins.
Requirements:
- EASA/FAA/CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 License with type rating on Challenger CL 601/604.
Proven experience working on Challenger CL 601/604 aircraft.
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance regulations and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional aircraft type ratings or experience on other Bombardier models.
Experience working in a Part 145 maintenance environment.
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance software and documentation systems.
