  • Patient, compassionate, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to child welfare.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or similar) are desirable but not essential.
