Maintenance Engineer – Mansfield
Salary: £51,800 + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? Do you want to join a dynamic team working with state-of-the-art machinery in a globally recognised business? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join one of our newest clients based in Mansfield.

About the Company:
Our client is a leading global player in the packaging sector, supplying to major brands in personal care, infant nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and household products. With a turnover of £380 million and a site contributing £40 million, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company operating across multiple continents. The site boasts impressive, bespoke machinery, including robotics and automated systems, providing an ideal environment for a skilled maintenance engineer.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Reactive maintenance and attending to breakdowns
  • Routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work
  • Continuous improvement projects on a range of machinery, including robotics, automated cells, and injection moulding machinery
  • Ensuring equipment reliability and performance through effective maintenance strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Knowledge of injection moulding machinery and/or robotics is highly desirable
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a cutting-edge engineering environment
