Due to continued growth, RECfinancial are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our own team on a permanent part time basis. Based in Potters Marston, we're accessible from Sapcote, Stoney Stanton, Earl Shilton, Narborough, Enderby, Blaby and Leicester etc.

As the Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the recruitment team, ensuring the day-to-day tasks and processes run smoothly, whilst offering an excellent levels of service to both clients and candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include;

Office Manager 

  • Operations of the recruitment office
  • Managing staff holiday diary
  • Expenses
  • Ad hoc duties

Admin Support

  • Creating and auditing Business terms
  • Ensure all recruitment paperwork is up to date
  • Assisting with the auditing of the database

Payroll & Accounts

  • Handle all time sheets
  • Provide support with payroll
  • Process and reconcile invoices
  • Bank Payments
  • Intermediary reporting 

On-boarding Assistance

  • Support the process for new staff members 
  • Control HR documentation, employee handbook etc

Compliance 

  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policy and legal requirements
  • Compliance checks for temporary and permanent staff
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate information

Director Support

  • Agenda preparation for the monthly board meetings
  • Calendar management
  • Project support / event planning

As an individual, you'll possess current experience of working within a busy office environment, be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English. Having a confident, friendly and professional approach is essential,a long with problem solving skills and an interest in helping drive the business forward.
Knowledge of systems such as Google sheets,/docs/drive etc is ideal.
