Job Requirement:
As the Network Sales Administrator for the United Kingdom you will be part of a high performing Sales Team and report to the Operations and Logistics Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role as the main point of contact for all Dealers in the UK for the sales department. Your understanding of the order processing system will be exemplary so that you are able to train both Dealers and staff in getting the best out of the client's industry leading technology. You will develop and manage manual order systems for situations when required (e.g. new motorcycle models). You will be the main point of liaison for all credit enquiries, DVLA and inter dealer transfers, along with coordinate warehousing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved with all aspects of motorcycle, accessories and apparel sales administration, including vehicle registration, collecting and reconciling payments and assisting in the activation of customer finance agreements with the client's finance team. Customer liaison will play a large part in this role ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the customers from start to finish, whilst ensuring all vehicles are progressed through from order to delivery correctly, efficiently and updating systems accordingly.
- Excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills to include Microsoft Office, SAP and Google together with an organised, efficient and proactive approach with attention to detail are essential. The ability to use initiative and to work in a focused team environment and independently, dedicated to excellent Customer Service.
- The customer base is very loyal, so a passion for delivering customer service with a view to future business is vital.
- To be the main dealer contact point on all order enquiries, providing prompt, accurate and timely responses, along with problem resolutions
Key tasks include:
- Receive and process all manual sales orders
- Oversee the sales ordering system
- Handle all credit queries and liaise with wholesale finance provider
- Manage and apply new product order allocations
- Training of staff and new dealers in the sales ordering systems for Manual order processing / modification based on backorders / credit held
- Coordinate with logistics
- DVLA - Vin release and inter dealer transfer
- Compile sales reports required to support the aims of the sales department
- Support the planner/analyst in running a weekly sales forecast report for motorcycles, accessories and apparel.
- Support the planner/analyst in maintaining data on stock indents of motorcycles, accessories and apparel at dealers and warehouse, as well as those in the production process
- Support the planner/analyst in reconciling bonus payments
- Supporting UK trade shows and events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders from the central EMEA team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Support recall and warranty processes - Ad Hoc
Skills / Education Required:
- A minimum of GCSE/O'Level English and Maths.
- Previous experience of Vehicle Sales
- Administration and previous experience in a busy administrational role
- An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately
- Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with key stakeholders and customers to encourage a smooth and efficient service.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred
