Responsibilities:
Processing sales invoices
Allocating received payments
Updating the ledgers, as well as producing debtor reports
Chasing outstanding monies bringing in line with payment terms
Processing weekly payroll
Calculating deductions,pension and holidays
Submitting reports through to HMRC
General administration duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
Must have previous experience in a finance function along with payroll
IT literate, ideally with knowledge of quickbooks and Excel
Team player, used to working within a small close knit team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills at all levels
