Job Title: Printing and Finishing Operative
Location: Leicester
Pay rate: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Shift: 07:00 – 17:00
Type: Temp to Perm

We are hiring for a Printing and Finishing Operative to undertake essential production tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be an important part of our production team, helping to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
Duties of a Printing and Finishing Operative
You will be working as part of the production team and will be responsible for:
• Folding cards and breaking cartons out of sheets
• Loading gluers with materials
• Packing boxes and preparing items for dispatch
• Operating machines (training provided)
• Assisting with general shop floor duties as required
Skills and Experience of a Printing and Finishing Operative
As a Printing and Finishing Operative, you need to have experience with:
• Experience in a similar shop floor, printing, or packaging environment (desirable)
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy production setting
It would be beneficial to the Printing and Finishing Operative role if you also had:
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn machine operation and develop skills
• Good communication skills, particularly in written and verbal English
• Access to reliable transport (the client’s site is accessible via car, public transport, walking, or cycling)
